The onset of Autumn

September faded into nothingness, leaving behind only a fleeting shadow of cherished dreams. And here now is October, with her long flowing autumn raiment. The warm glow of the autumn evening is seducing the leaves to leave their tree and fall blissfully into the void. And the evening star shone so bright as to give hope and endurance to last through the cold and harsh coming winter.

But it is not only the lovely Venus; Mars have come forth with all its fiery and loomed in the sky with alarming brightness. It could only mean on thing. Mars have never been a good lier: War is at hand, Violence is near, Listen for the cry of the battle and be prepared, it says. Mars, the god of War.

And wise old Jupiter sat quite dim never flashing it's multihued brilliance. Waiting for something. He has been more careful while dealing out Luck this time. He only imparts wisdom and intelligence freely but seldom luck, which is unusual for a planet, the luckiest of them all.

To the mundane eyes they are just a piece of light hangling in the sky. But for those who have the Eye to see, they reveals a lot. The movements of the planets and the mysterious portents they reveal only to those who understand the steps of the Celestial Dance.

hmm...hmm....nice!....well multiply that by a million...now sounds justified!!...the startin lines want to say somethin...but stay in the darkness...n' fades out....

September faded into nothingness, leaving behind only a fleeting shadow of cherished dreams.

dreams....i find this word kind of strange....don't know why.

but how you so wishfully n' elegantly showed the world that no point in gettin depressed n' heartfelt by lookin at those fallin leaves....which is actually an attribute to the corollaries of the seduction theory marked by the advent of october...or autumn...as you look up in the sky n' understand the "Celestial Dance"...the picture is even darker as it can get..nice observation..or more to say ...a real "different" observation...nice...n' no...i'm not gonna add anythin to this...as a mark of remarks based on so called "wisdom"...huh-huh!...

but can i share somethin....for i feel...observations are based on perspectives...perspectives that are based on profiles...n' sometimes don't you think...profiles are based on prejudice.....as i say...why always did those poets draw a sad picture depictin autumn...as weary n' withered...leaves fallin....trees bent...cold wind blowin......n' why not given a status of a gesture which makes a statement to every passer bye....that it's not so hard to give away the belongings you feel you own 'em dearly...like the leaves of the trees...realizin sacrifice to its highest degree....why haven't those poets written about autumn as an example of a subject of change...that there will be times when you've to give away everythin..or rather you're gonna lose everythin that you've got....but still...those roots in those trees run deep....camouflagin the weariness of those fallen leaves....sayin out loudly that how big a loser you're...life don't end....n' it runs deeper as it can get....

as to why mars have been awarded the degree of the god of "war"...only because they've a red colored appearance.....why those myths were so biased...givin the red colored plannet a status of raw war...n' the red colored rose the status of love??

if void has taken place anywhere....it's only in our hearts n' minds...for those seasons though mark change....haven't changed at all....sendin us the message that the change cycle don't change!..n' i say..."Life is Beautiful"...still....even in "The Onset of Autumn"....for only in the month of october they celebrate "Thanksgivin"...n' anythin that is thankful has to an appended corollary of beauty!!

p.s. sayin again....very well written!

I am much humbled to recieve such a great praise from someone whose greatness is beyond comparision in the realm of blogs.

the startin lines want to say somethin...but stay in the darkness...n' fades out....

That was the idea. A feeling of something lost but without a hint of what it is.

but how you so wishfully n' elegantly showed the world that no point in gettin depressed n' heartfelt by lookin at those fallin leaves,

Yes, only a fleeting sadness of the coming winter. Autumn in itself is beautiful, but being a herald of the cold winter make it dreadful to some.

but can i share somethin....for i feel...observations are based on perspectives...perspectives that are based on profiles...n' sometimes don't you think...profiles are based on prejudice.....as i say...why always did those poets draw a sad picture depictin autumn...as weary n' withered...leaves fallin....trees bent...cold wind blowin......n' why not given a status of a gesture which makes a statement to every passer bye....that it's not so hard to give away the belongings you feel you own 'em dearly...like the leaves of the trees...realizin sacrifice to its highest degree....why haven't those poets written about autumn as an example of a subject of change...that there will be times when you've to give away everythin..or rather you're gonna lose everythin that you've got....but still...those roots in those trees run deep....camouflagin the weariness of those fallen leaves....sayin out loudly that how big a loser you're...life don't end....n' it runs deeper as it can get....

I agree with you. Sometimes prejudice crawl into our observations. Poet's play at human emotions and feelings. They make us believe whatever they want us to believe. They weave lies and contort truths to suit their pattern. When they day described the withering leaves trampled on the ground, they only bring forth the pain and death, but they could have equally told us that death is but another journey required to take us to where we belong. To the tree, to let the leaves fall does not mean to leave something behind but to let go of something in hope of getting something better. The root knows, but the poet only see the leaves. When we do not see the full perspective of something, we fill the patern with our prejudice.

as to why mars have been awarded the degree of the god of "war"...only because they've a red colored appearance.....why those myths were so biased...givin the red colored plannet a status of raw war...n' the red colored rose the status of love??

Both anger and passion share the different facets of the same madness. Humans are the pawns of whims and caprices. Wherever they took them, they crash along with it. A sudden impulse of delight may take them to a tumult in the cloud. If it fits their whims they assign the same thing to opposites and the opposites to the same thing.

.for those seasons though mark change....haven't changed at all....sendin us the message that the change cycle don't change!..n' i say..."Life is Beautiful"...still....even in "The Onset of Autumn"....for only in the month of october they celebrate "Thanksgivin"...n' anythin that is thankful has to an appended corollary of beauty!!

Season comes and season changes leaving memories. And memory fades when the season that makes them comes again, giving a feeling of a change yet unchanged. Amd I am glad that October has finally come to lighten our loads, and for that we will celebrate "Thanksgiving".

p.s. sayin again....very well written!

Not as well as you write. I am only a sunflower who can only bask in the glory of the sun. Not as bright as one millionth of yours.

You shall acquire the eye to see the celestial dance, once you are ready for it. And Mars is only the beginning, I shall show you saturn, jupiter and venus and if possible mercury too.
